With a refreshing balance of hand rolled green tea leaves from China and peppermint leaf, this blend is delicious hot or over ice.
The green tea leaves are hand rolled before drying out to stop the oxidisation process (this is what makes green tea different to black teas and oolong teas). As they have minimal processing (like white teas) they retain all the taste, antioxidants and health benefits within the leaves. Win win!
WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF GREEN TEA?
Due to its minimal manufacturing process, the tea retains all the antioxidants and nutrients from the tea leaves that then make it into the final drink. Green tea has high levels of polyphenols & cathechins (antioxidants) which are linked to cutting the risk of cancer, improving your brain function and lowering the risk of chronic diseases.
Each box contains 15 whole leaf biodegradable Moroccan Mint tea bags.
THE PERFECT MOROCCAN MINT TEA
Step 1: Use one tea bag per cup
Step 2: Use water that has cooled to 80 degrees, adding freshly boiled water to green tea will cause the taste to be bitter! (You can do this by adding a splash of cold water first or allowing the kettle to cool down for approximately 2 mins)
Step 3: Brew for 90 seconds, or leave for longer according to personal taste
Step 4: Green tea is best without milk & can be resteeped 3-5 times. Our Moroccan mint tea is also great as an iced tea in the Summer.
Keep away from moisture (until it lands in your cup!) We recommend you store your chamomile tea in an opaque, airtight container. It might look pretty in glass, but the light damages the tea leaves and subsequent taste. Nooo!

We’re a nation of tea monsters consuming over 165 million cuppas every year and growing. To keep up with the worlds growing love affair with tea in a socially just and environmentally sustainably way, the Ethical Tea Partnership was formed. Working with individual tea estates, we help producers & smallholder farmers raise their performance against international social & environmental standards to produce ethical tea, as well as address key issues holding back tea sustainability in the global tea producing regions. Funded by us and the other members, this training and support is free for the tea producers (yay).
Last year we were in the office discussing single use plastics and knew that we had to address this in any way we could. We coined the umbrella term guilt-free sipping to cover all our commitments to the environment going forwards. One of the biggies is removing pesky plastic from our packaging completely this year, we already have 100% biodegradable and compostable teabags and takeaway cups.
