USAGE
RECOMMENDED INTAKE
Choose your occasion below or mix 1 rounded scoop (9g) with 400ml of cold water (adjust water for taste preference) and shake well.
Start with ≤ 1 scoop (≤107 mg caffeine) to assess tolerance and then gradually increase serving size.
Wake Up / Anytime Energy / Afternoon Pick-me-up: Mix 1-2 rounded scoops with 400-800ml of cold water in a shaker. Adjust water for taste preference.
Pre-Workout Energy: Mix 2-3 rounded scoops with 400-1600ml of cold water in a shaker. Adjust water for taste preference.
Post-Workout Recovery: Mix 1 rounded scoop with 400ml of cold water in a shaker. Adjust water for taste preference.
