Sugar, flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), chocolate chips 11% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter), cocoa powder 6%, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate), corn starch. Chocolate chips contain 55% cocoa solids minimum.
