WOMEN’S BEST EXCHANGE POLICY

If you do not wish to keep a Women's Best item ordered on the Amrock Corporation website, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of delivery. Amrock Corporation will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and transaction fees and transport costs.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure:

  • The tag(s) are still on
  • The label(s) are still on
  • The item(s) are in its original packaging
  • The item(s) have not been used
  • The item(s) have not been washed
  • The item(s) are folded as per how they arrived
  • Send your request within the 14-day exchange policy

To make an exchange:

  • WhatsApp us your exchange request to 57044000 or;
  • Instagram DM us your exchange request to @amrockcorp or;
  • Email us your exchange request to pavan.aidasani@amrockcorp.com
  • Exchanges must be made at the Amrock HQ at Unit 43 New Harbours Deck
  • The client will bear the transports costs of visiting the Amrock HQ
  • Women’s Best Accessories – namely Towels, Socks, Shakers and Resistance Bands – are exempt from being exchanged, returned or refunded

WOMEN’S BEST REFUND POLICY

  • Items are exempt from a monetary refund
  • A gift voucher of the net total of the item will be issued if a client reverses their decision to keep an order
  • A gift voucher will be issued when the item is returned to the Amrock HQ at Unit 43 New Harbours Deck
  • The client will bear the transports costs of visiting the Amrock HQ
  • If freebies were gifted with the order, these items will have to be returned too
  • Any missing freebies will result in the net total of the freebies being deducted from the gift voucher

  • Send your request within the 3-day exchange policy

Please note that delivery fees and tips are exempt from being refunded after delivery has been made.
