To ensure maximum hygiene requirements are met, our food and beverage products are exempt from being returned. Customers are kindly asked to check their products upon delivery for any discrepancies and inform the AmRock Corp representative upon delivery or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
For our non-food and beverage products, our return policy lasts seven days. If seven days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for our non-food and beverage products, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the e-receipt of proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (only for non-food and beverage products)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the sum will be wired to your bank account via bank transfer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.
